Two time, double platinum recording artists from New Zealand, The Black Seeds, asked me to design their MySpace page in 2008. And yes, I do know how dated MySpace is. I toured all over with them as their Tour Manager and count them as some of my best musician friends. Their music is socially conscious and upbeat, performed by some of New Zealand’s best musicians.
I was asked to create a branding strategy for The Black Seeds during their 2010 North American Summer Tour. I created the design to be used in a variety of outlets, both digital and in print, so that the tour would have consistent branding. The project was a success and the tour was their most successful to date in North America.
